Ipoh Tradisional New Year Cake (Nian Gao)
Ipoh tradisional new year cake only available 1 month before chinese new year. It is using tradisional way in produce the new year cake. We are using charcoal and wood when steam the new year cake. The entire cooking process take about 6-8 hours. Many restaurant is using our new year cake in their dishes.
The price of the cake is varying each year. We would announce the price and the date accept order at the home page.
